After an extensive career in organizational development (OD) and business partnering leading change in global and national organizations, I have experienced the power of the employee experience to create impact, enable growth, and facilitate transformation. And so I founded MWC Strategies to focus my energy on creating employee experiences that drive results and transform cultures from within.
My mission: To close the gap between the employee experience, customer experience and business results by designing practical and sustainable solutions that drive engagement, and accelerate adoption of new strategies and ways-of-working. Importantly, the solutions are aligned to the organization’s culture and goals, and encourage stronger team commitment.
My approach: From developing talent and engagement strategies to aligning people-focused projects, I connect with stakeholders at all levels to understand the business needs, and use data-driven employee insights to create a space where people can thrive and drive results.
